Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever their abilities or the technology they use. This statement explains what we have done, where we know there is room to improve, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our commitment
Bespoke Rooflines is committed to making its website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the recognised international standard for web accessibility. Accessibility benefits everyone, and we treat it as part of building the site well rather than an afterthought.
Measures we have taken
The site has been built with accessibility in mind, including the following measures:
- Semantic HTML: pages use proper headings, landmarks, lists and structure so assistive technologies can interpret the content correctly.
- Keyboard navigation: the site can be navigated using a keyboard, and a "Skip to main content" link is provided near the top of every page.
- Visible focus styles: interactive elements show a clear focus indicator so you can see where you are on the page.
- Colour contrast: text and interface colours have been chosen to aim for sufficient contrast against their backgrounds.
- Reduced-motion support: animations respect the "reduce motion" setting in your operating system or browser.
- Descriptive alt text: meaningful images include text alternatives, and decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technologies.
- Responsive layout: the site is designed to work on a range of screen sizes and to remain usable when text is enlarged.
- Labelled forms: form fields have associated labels and clear error messages to help you complete them.
Known limitations
We are honest about the areas where the site is not yet complete or may fall short. We are aware of the following:
- Placeholder imagery: the site currently uses placeholder graphics rather than final photographs. Their alt text describes a placeholder; it will be revised when genuine, approved images are added.
- Enquiry forms: our enquiry and quote forms submit through a third-party form provider (Formspree) and then redirect to a confirmation page. The forms also work without JavaScript. If you have any difficulty using a form, you can contact us by telephone or email instead.
- Formal testing pending: a full, independent accessibility audit and testing with assistive technologies has not yet been completed. Results and any further fixes will be reflected here. A formal external accessibility audit has not yet been carried out.
If you find something that is not listed here, please let us know using the details below so we can look into it.

We welcome your feedback. If you experience any difficulty using this website, or need information from it in a different format, please contact us and we will do our best to help:

Please tell us the web address of the page, a description of the problem, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if you can. We aim to respond within a reasonable time. We aim to respond within five working days.
Standards and ongoing work
This statement reflects our aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment: as the site develops, we will keep reviewing it, address issues that are reported, and update this statement. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last reviewed.
