Nothing on this site is a binding offer to carry out work. Any work we undertake, including surveys, quotations, supply and installation of fascias, soffits, guttering, downpipes, cladding, bargeboards, repairs or complete roofline replacement, will be governed by a separate written agreement, quotation or set of terms and conditions agreed between you and us. In the event of any conflict, that separate written agreement takes precedence over these website terms in respect of the works. Any installation work is governed by a separate written agreement provided before the work begins.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Use the site in any way that is fraudulent or harmful, or for any unlawful or harmful purpose
